Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Audacord, a free music app operated by ArskaSoft. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Audacord.
The service
Audacord lets you search, play, organise, and listen to music together in sync across devices and with friends. It's offered free of charge and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't share your account or use someone else's without permission. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Audacord for anything illegal, or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.
- Respect the terms of the third-party platforms whose content you play through Audacord.
Your content
You keep ownership of the playlists you build and the files you upload. You grant ArskaSoft the limited licence needed to store, process, and serve that content back to you and the people you share it with, solely to operate the service. You're responsible for the content you add, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
Third-party content
Audacord does not host audio. Playback streams from third-party services such as YouTube and SoundCloud (and Spotify metadata for import), each governed by its own terms. We're not responsible for that content, its availability, or those services. You're responsible for using them in line with their rules.
Availability & no warranty
We work to keep Audacord running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and sources may stop working outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArskaSoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Audacord. Because the service is free, our total liability is limited accordingly.
Termination
You can stop using Audacord and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Audacord after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law & contact
