Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 June 2026

Audacord is a personal music app operated by ArskaSoft. This page explains what information the service handles and why. We keep it deliberately small: Audacord exists to let people listen together, not to collect data.

What we collect

What we don't do

Playback & third-party services

Audacord does not host or re-serve audio. When you press play, the track streams from its original source — YouTube, SoundCloud, or (via import) services matched from Spotify — using that platform's own player. Those requests reach the third party directly and are governed by their own privacy policies. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, how those services handle your data.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your browser's local storage holds your preferences locally and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Your account and content stay until you remove them or ask us to. You can delete playlists, groups, messages, and uploads from within the app. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for operation and security.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your content at any time, sign out to end your session, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see below).

Children

Audacord isn't directed at children under the age required to consent to online services in their country, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use Audacord after a change means you accept the updated policy.
